Fire cleanup on tile floor

SERVPRO of Thousand Oaks arrived at a fire loss that had soot all over the tile floor.  With any fire loss we start by inspecting the loss and explain to the customer what process we will be performing. In the first photo we are showing the dirt and soot that is getting loosen up from our cleaner.  Our crew was hard at work cleaning the tile floor. One very visible difference is the tile floor grout after the cleaning. The dirt and soot were removed from the tile floor from the cleaning.
