Here is an example of how SERVPRO of Thousand Oaks using our personalized boxes to work at a pack out. Sometimes even on a water loss a customer will need some of their contents packed out, so we can remove affected materials. We have the capability to either pack out the customer contents or just supply them with the supplies to do it themselves. If we performed packing out for the customer, we label the location it came from and move it to another location approved by the customer. Most of the time we can keep the contents in the same room or into another location.
