Tile and subfloor Drying

SERVPRO of Thousand Oaks was called out on a two-story house loss that was caused by a valve in the shower. The upstairs affected drywall was removed, and studs were being dried out. Our trained professional detected moisture behind the show and in the subfloor but customer did not want the shower or flooring removed. A dehumidifier was placed upstairs to help with the dry out. In the room directly below this bathroom the drywall and ceiling were removed and exposed the studs and subfloor. The technician decided to use an injectidry and its floor mat to help dry out the exposed subfloor from the downstairs. Each drying mats were placed and taped to the exposed subfloor to pull moisture from the wood subfloor above.
